Outlook and Teams, a pipeline editor that saves itself, and a real page for every job
Work from your Outlook mailbox and follow hiring in a Teams channel, build pipelines without pressing Save, give every role its own job page, and show candidates a clear finish line.

Hivemind runs your hiring end to end: pipelines, assessments, outreach, interviews and offers in one place. This release is about fitting it into the tools your team already uses, and taking friction out of the moments either side of an application.
If your company runs on Microsoft 365, you can now send outreach from your Outlook mailbox and follow pipeline activity in a Teams channel. Building a pipeline no longer needs a Save button. Every open role gets its own page on your career site, with a shorter path to applying. And candidates who finish your process now see a clear message that they are done.
This page walks through each feature: the problem it replaces, how it works, and where to find it in the app. Everything here is live in Hivemind today.
Outlook inbox and Teams notifications
Plenty of hiring teams live in Microsoft 365. Until now, that meant outreach went out from somewhere other than the mailbox candidates knew, and pipeline updates stayed inside Hivemind unless someone went looking.
Now you can connect an Outlook or Microsoft 365 mailbox, for yourself or shared with your whole team. Outreach and inbox replies send from that mailbox, threaded the way the candidate expects, and replies sync back into your Hivemind inbox and onto the candidate record.
For the rest of the team, an admin can connect one Teams channel. Hivemind posts pipeline activity and team tasks there, batched once a minute, so hiring shows up where people already talk.
- Open Settings → Apps & Integrations and choose Microsoft.
- Under Outlook mailboxes, choose Personal or Company, then select Connect Outlook and sign in.
- For Teams, open your channel in Teams, select More options (...) → Workflows, and use the "Send webhook alerts to a channel" template.
- Copy the webhook URL, paste it under Teams channel notifications, and look for the welcome message in your channel.
Where to find it: Settings → Apps & Integrations → Microsoft. Connecting the Teams channel needs a role that can manage company integrations.
A pipeline editor that saves itself
The pipeline editor used to show every action at once, whatever state the pipeline was in. It was easy to lose track of what had been saved and what the next step was.
Now the header follows one question: has anyone applied yet? Until they have, every change saves itself and the header shows Saved, Settings and the one next step: Activate on a draft, or a guide on how to post your job once it is live.
Once candidates are in the pipeline, edits become deliberate. Save appears only when you have unsaved changes, alongside Inbox, Applicants and Manage, so nothing changes under a candidate who is already moving through it.
Where to find it: Open any pipeline from Pipelines. The header changes on its own once the first candidate applies.
A job page for every role
A shared job link should do two jobs: tell someone about the role, and get them applying quickly. Doing both on one page made it long for the person ready to apply and thin for the person still deciding.
Every open role now has its own page on your career site, with the details, an About this role section, What to expect from your hiring steps, Apply now and Remind me later for someone who is not ready today. Your career page links straight to it, and older job links work again.
The apply page now leads with the form: a compact header with the role and a View job details link, then the questions, above the fold. Closed roles say they are no longer accepting applications.
Where to find it: Your career site. Open any role from your career page or Open positions to see its job page.
A clear finish for candidates
A candidate who completed the last step of some pipelines checked their progress and saw "Something went wrong!". Nothing had gone wrong. They had simply finished.
Now they see "No more steps for you", with a note that the hiring team will be in touch by email. A candidate who is waiting on your team, for example a manual review, still sees that step's own message, and anything in between reads as "Nothing to do right now" rather than a failure.
Where to find it: The candidate's application progress view. There is nothing to set up.
Try it yourself
