Candidate replies used to land in one shared inbox, waiting for someone to work out who they belonged to. Whoever checked it had to match each email to a candidate by hand, and anything missed sat unanswered.
Gmail inbound tracking removes that triage. Connect your Gmail account over OAuth and every inbound reply is matched to the right candidate automatically, with the full thread, the campaign it came from and the pipeline stage attached to their record. Open a candidate and the whole conversation is already there.
Where to find it: Settings → Integrations → Gmail.
